This Refund & Dispute Policy applies to all services rendered and products sold by
Spalding Media LLC
(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Photography & Media Services: All sales for real estate photography, videography, and related digital deliverables are generally considered final once the shoot or product has been delivered. If you have any concerns regarding the quality or accuracy of the delivered materials, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the deliverables to discuss potential resolutions. Digital Products or Apps: In the event we sell digital applications or tools (e.g., subscriptions, premium features), refunds may be granted at our sole discretion if there is a verifiable technical defect or issue preventing the use of the product as advertised.
Currently, we do not sell physical products. Should this change, we will update this policy to include any return or exchange instructions for physical items.
Dispute Timeframe: If you believe you have been billed in error or have an unresolved issue with a service or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your invoice or deliverable. In many cases, we will require additional documentation or evidence to evaluate your request. Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first for resolution, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and/or terminate future services at our discretion.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Dispute Policy at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such updates indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
