1. Introduction & Agreement of Terms

Welcome to Spalding Media LLC

(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or any related products and applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must stop using our Services immediately.

2. Services Provided
Company provides real estate photography, media production, and digital services, including but not limited to software applications and related support.

3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Late Payments
If any invoice remains unpaid for more than thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, a late fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the outstanding balance will be applied. Company may also charge interest on overdue amounts as permitted by Ohio law. We reserve the right to pursue collections, which may include contacting the Client’s brokerage, hiring a collections agency, or taking legal action to recover unpaid balances. Client agrees to pay any reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, if applicable.

5. Refunds and Disputes
Any requests for refunds or disputes must follow our Refund and Dispute Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Modifications
Company may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Client and Company regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
